Understanding The Source of Chronic Inflammation
For women 50 and beyond, maintaining good health whilst navigating through the later years will bring its challenges in varying forms of age-related illnesses and diseases. Chronic Inflammation is often the root cause, and understanding the beginnings and why it affects us as we age, only then can we begin to start our own healing and recovery process. One, that we have full control of, naturally and holistically.
I have implemented the steps and processes of this course to my own health issues, and it has relieved me of some of my persistent illnesses since my young adult life into my mature years. It took bouts of trial and error, but eventually finding a resolution to my symptoms led me to believe that the natural and holistic approach is the best and only way to maintain my health and wellbeing without side effects. It reduced the need to visit a doctor when the right foods, rituals, routines and lifestyle practices can alleviate some or most of the age-related, chronic inflammation symptoms.
This short course is designed to address the fundamental and topical issues of hormonal issues, autoimmune disorders and the aging process.
Through a diet high in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, to support our organs and reduce inflammation, we can reverse health issues and their symptoms by nourishing our minds and bodies with the right foods and supporting lifestyle practices for our health and wellbeing.

This is a useful course in learning how to combine foods in ways that enhance digestion, stabilise blood sugar, improve nutrient absorption, and support hormonal balance.
You will discover the combined and synergistic properties between two foods, how they can support you, suggested recipes and when to have them daily.
