Hi, I’m Dolly James, a transformational coach and wellness strategist who believes that life after 50 is a renaissance, not a retreat. Now in my mid‑sixties, I help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of purpose through holistic, sustainable wellbeing.

My path has taken me from decades on stage to years of personal healing, and over the past four years, coaching and supporting women in their health and wellbeing. What I know for sure is this: when a woman chooses herself, her health, her voice, her joy, everything becomes possible.

My work is rooted in the understanding that women deserve practical, inclusive support that honours the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Through coaching, workshops, and holistic lifestyle practices, I guide women and organisations toward sustainable wellbeing that feels grounded, compassionate, and achievable in real life.
